GLENDALE—The public is urged to take part in a rally on Sept. 27 in Glendale to protest the protocols on the establishment and development of Armenia-Turkey relations. The rally will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. at Pelanconi Park (on the corner of Glenoaks Blvd. and Grandview Street). Click here for directions
The rally stemmed from consultations between political parties and organizations that began after the announcement of the protocols. Over the weekend the Armenian Revolutionary Federation Western US Central Committee met with leaders of the Social Democratic Hunchakian Party, the United Young Armenian.
This meeting further reinforced that the main political forces in the community are opposed to provisions of the protocols, which they believe will endanger Armenia’s national security and violate the nation’s historical rights.

This kinda rallies should be held in each city of Armenia. Since it’s taking place in Diaspora communities, there will be not much impact. The movement should be enouraged in Armenia not in Spiurk
This Rally is extremely important. It is imperative that every single Armenian in Southern California (at least) comes to this Rally. Armenians in Armenia are doing the best they can, given their circumstances, to voice their opinion. We must voice our opinion here, in solidarity with our brothers and sisters there. Our voice as a unified Armenian Diaspora can and will have an impact in every Armenian community, including Armenia.
Եթէ հիմա չմտահոգւենք մեր ապագայով, կորած ենք:
The only way Diaspora can impact the decision of the Armenian Leadership is to go in Armenia at least 5000 people to protest and join with their brothers and sisters.
This is what I called an example of taking action.
Our political organizations if they are serious, they must provide funds and delagations to accomplish this.
